Product information

Built in accordance with the ADR fuel transportation regulations and with full U.N. certification, the 1000 and 2000 litre highway bowsers provide an ideal solution for transporting fuel on the highway . The fully bunded tank is constructed from steel throughout and is seated on a tough galvanised tubular steel chassis. Highway specific features include handbrake and hydraulically damped overrun braked hitch, with mudguards, lights and high speed specification axles and tyres. The inner tank features a baffled design to ensure the tank is stable when on the road. The delivery equipment and inlets/outlets to the inner tank are housed in a secure, lockable cabinet at the rear of the tank. For use with diesel and gas oil.

Interceptor Drip Trays

The interceptor drip tray is a product designed on the simple basis that oil floats on water.
In the main area of the tray, on initial start up, you would require 2" of water in the base then any oil/fuel spilt in the tray would naturally separate from the water.

The water is then passed through the interceptor outlet hole situated at one end of the tray, there is also a sight gauge located at one end of the tray which you would monitor on a regular basis once indicating full then dispose of the oil in accordance to regulations.

Settlement Tank

The tanks are specially designed to prevent silt and fines being discharged into the water course or drains. Each tank is provided with a series of weir plates, bauer quick release couplings, lifting eyes and drain plugs. By utilising the tanks you can maintain full pumping capacity and avoid blocking drains and silting up water courses. Many authorities and environment agencies are insisting on settlement tanks being used in certain applications.
