Small Plant Mechanic

Responsibilities

Perform full range of plant maintenance tasks and repairs on a planned and reactive basis
General work to meet day to day logistical requirements in a busy working environment
Refurb of plant items
Follow safe systems in work environment
Yard based
Liaise with both office and field based staff

Requirements

Diagnostic trouble shooting and problem analysis are essential skills
Good general knowledge of construction plant items required
Ability to refurb plant
Ability to spray machines and advantage but not essential
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally.
