Description
- The 7/73 – 10/53 portable air compressor is mounted on a two-wheel fast tow chassis, over-run and parking brakes are fitted as standard.
- The unit is powered by a diesel driven, four cylinder, water-cooled Cummins Tier IIIB engine, model QSF 2.8, which develops 74 bhp at a rated engine speed of 2400 rpm at 7/73 setting and 74 bhp at a rated engine speed of 1900 rpm at 10/53 setting.
- The unit has an electronic control module, which monitors and adjusts the performance and condition of the engine via various sensors. Connected to this module is a Doosan digital controller, this provides data collection, alarming and control functions for the compressors operation and is fitted with one x 1¼" and three x ¾" air outlets. .
- This unit has a free air delivery of 247 cfm at a rated operating pressure of 100 psig (7 bar) at 7/73 setting and 187 cfm at a rated operating pressure of 150 psig (10 bar) at 10/53 setting.
- The unit conforms to current EC noise regulations and has a sound power level rating of 98 LwA.
